Our Editors
Shelly Rafferty, Ph.D.
Shelly Rafferty, formerly of Oxford University Press, earned her PhD at SUNY Albany in Educational Research and Evaluation. A self-described “paperwork junkie,” she has been editing for almost 30 years. Shelly also writes fiction and poetry, and her short stories have been published in more than 20 anthologies.
“I'm interested in the nitty-gritty details when I'm editing,” said Shelly. “Working with writers at the granular level—to get the best creative work—that's my goal!”
